Optimization of design in the clinker cooler
The tailored lifter design also ensures optimum cooling and efficiency of breaking. Dust emissions will be minimal. For the best performance the optimization of the lifter´s layout must be balanced against the total maximum weight. There is also a patented dovetail mounting device. This is located in the hottest section of the cooler. There is no risk of the clinker cooler leaking as it does not require shell drilling. Our own range of alloys are made to fit the working conditions of each section of the satellite tube. The inner design is robust to avoid breakage. There is maximum protection of the shell of the satellite tube against abrasive or hot clinker.
