Together with our German partner, KIMA Process Control, we have developed a technological solution, MagoSense, designed specifically for the mining industry. This innovative real time mill monitor gathers information in order to optimize the working conditions of the mill.

New constant profile design for optimal efficiency of grinding tires for vertical mills.

Joint ventures with Xingcheng Special Steel Works Co., Ltd for the production and the commercialization of forged grinding balls and Grintec advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd. for ceramic beads and balls.

Chemillurgy®
Unique holistic approach developed by Magotteaux for their mining customers. It consists of fusing different expertise: pulp & surface chemistry + grinding efficiency + wear mechanisms.

Georges Halbart, graduated as electrical engineer from Liège University, started to work in the company to become soon Lucien Magotteaux’s right-hand man.

Lucien Magotteaux founded the Magotteaux foundry.
