The cement classifier has a casing which includes an integrated recirculation fan and cyclone. It has a compact design with direct cycloning and an absence of any peripheral ducting. This makes for substantial energy savings. Its internal wear protection is composed of hardfaced steel, creusabro or even ceramic tiles for both static and moving parts. Its selection cage is equipped with blades. Its speeds are adjustable according to the customer´s requirement for the finished product. It is an original design with a dynamic air seal which is highly protected and positioned to avoid any air and particles by-pass.
