Change of CEO at Magotteaux Group

Gonzalo Cavada will take over the role of Magotteaux Chief Executive Officer on October 31st 2022.

Sébastien Dossogne will stay on board through the end of October 2022 to ensure a smooth transition of the leadership.

Juan Pablo Aboitiz, Chairman of Magotteaux board of directors commented: « I am grateful to Sébastien for the 11 years we worked together developing Magotteaux, and reinforcing the world leadership of the company. I have been working closely with Gonzalo for more than a decade and am confident this new challenge will leverage his numerous capabilities ».

Sébastien Dossogne has been leading the group since June 2015; for him: « working for Magotteaux in the last 15 years has been an honor and an immense pleasure. My thoughts and thanks go to the teams who achieved such great performance by their passion and dedication. I am proud to hand over a group with a strong market leadership and an exciting innovation pipeline. »

Gonzalo Cavada will be based in Vaux-sous-Chèvremont in Belgium, at Magotteaux headquarters.
