Gonzalo Cavada will take over the role of Magotteaux Chief Executive Officer on October 31^st 2022.

Sébastien Dossogne will stay on board through the end of October 2022 to ensure a smooth transition of the leadership.

Modernization of 3 cement mills for Kuwait Cement Company

Magotteaux started the modernization of 3 cement mills for Kuwait Cement Company early March 2019.

The project consists of closing the open circuit with our 4^th generation XP4®i separators, installing new mill internals including diaphragms and adapting a new ball charge gradation.

The aim of the project is to increase significantly the production rate, reduce the specific energy consumption and improve the product quality, by reducing the Residue on 45 microns by keeping the same Blaine value.

May 31, 2018 - The Industrial Development Corporation (“IDC”) and Magotteaux International S.A. (“Magotteaux”) have reached an agreement on extending their partnership regarding Grinding Media South Africa (“GMSA”).

GMSA which is a newly created company - spun out of industrial group, Scaw Metals (“Scaw”), specializes in the manufacturing and design of grinding balls which are critical to the mining, cement and utilities industries.
