USC Castings enters partnership with Magotteaux

The company USC Castings has reached a long-term supply agreement with Magotteaux for the supply of differentially heat-treated shredder hammers and other wear parts.

As part of the agreement, Magotteaux says it has dedicated production capacity for the scrap industry wear parts to be poured in North America at foundries in Pulaski, Tennessee, and Monterrey, Mexico. The agreement allows USC to distribute the hammers and wear parts in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Magotteaux organised a Product Launch and Technical Seminar in Kathmandu, Nepal on 17 May. The aim was to present Magotteaux capabilities and products to the growing Nepal cement market.

The seminar was attended by over a dozen of the most important cement companies in Nepal. Presentations were made by our technical experts on the possibilities Magotteaux offers for tube mills, especially liners, xp4®i, immersion tubes and related products.
