Under the new owners, Magotteaux acquires the remaining 50% of our Chilean joint-venture Proacer. The Group also enters the capital of Sabo Chile with 55%. This allows us to offer a complete range of grinding media solutions: low chromium (cast and forged), high chromium, rods and ceramic beads (for ultra-fine grinding).
