Dipping tubes
Thimbles help increase the pre-heating efficiency by improving the separation of gas and material. We recommend them for high temperature cyclones where heat exchange is important.

Kiln nose-ring
Nose-rings are subject to various constraints : high temperature and abrasion, mechanical load, chemical attacks... Reliability is critical since failure results in kiln downtime.

Brick retaining system
Brick movements affect all kilns. Classical retaining rings are often insufficient to prevent these which means pressure on the nose-ring segments leading to deformation or breakage.

Satellites
Parts are selected and installed in the cooler according to the specific operating conditions of each kiln in order to optimize the cooling of material.

Bar grates
Between inlet and outlet, cooler grates are subject to high temperatures, impacts and abrasion. Specific designs have been developed for each particular zone of the various cooler types.
